Message me on WhatsApp with your wedding date, venue and the sessions you need. Once the details are confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the total secures your date — this applies to every service, including packages, personal makeup, trials and ROM. The balance is settled on the day, after the service is completed. Your date is not held until the deposit is received, and once it is confirmed it is locked in.

Postponement is only possible in exceptional circumstances, and all three conditions must be met: at least 3 months' notice, my availability on the new date, and a RM400 administrative fee. If any one of them is not met, the deposit cannot be carried over. I take a limited number of bookings a day — once your date is held, I have turned away every other enquiry for it.

改期只在特殊情况下才可能，而且必须同时满足三个条件：提前至少 3 个月通知、我在新日期有空、并加收 RM400 手续费。三个条件缺一，订金就不能保留。我一天只接有限名额，一旦替你留了日子，就等于推掉了那天所有其他询问。

Bridal bookings for 2027 are now open, including 2027 bridal hair and makeup dates. Popular dates — weekends and auspicious dates especially — are often taken a year ahead. Travel is complimentary within an hour's drive of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor; anywhere further, extended hours, or peak dates such as Chinese New Year are quoted upfront at the time of booking. Nothing is added after the day.

Yes. Kwa, Siu Ho and other traditional Chinese bridal attire are a regular part of my work, alongside white gown looks. This includes hair accessories and styling suited to the outfit, for gatecrash mornings, tea ceremonies and Chinese wedding banquets. You can see these looks under the Kwa category in my portfolio.

A trial lets us settle your look before the day — skin, colours, lashes and the overall feel. You can add a hair styling trial to test the complete look together. One to two months before the wedding works best, after your hair colour and gown are settled. A trial is optional but recommended if you already have a specific style in mind.

试妆是在婚礼前先把妆容定下来——底妆、色调、睫毛和整体感觉。也可以加试造型，把妆和发型一起试。建议安排在婚礼前一到两个月，等发色和礼服都定了再试。试妆不是必须的，但如果你心里已经有想要的风格，建议做一次。

Yes. An additional styling change can be added for a second march in, which includes a period of stay-back time. If the day runs longer than planned, extra hours are charged by the hour. Sessions can also be split across separate days, subject to availability. All of these are quoted when you book, never added afterwards.

A bridal package covers makeup and hairstyling for the bride, skin preparation before makeup, false lashes, hair accessories and earrings, and body touch-up where needed. Hair accessories and earrings are provided — you do not need to source your own. If you have a specific piece in mind, please source it yourself and bring it on the day. Packages can cover a single session or multiple sessions across the day.

新娘配套包含新娘的妆容与发型、妆前护肤、假睫毛、发饰与耳环，以及需要时的身体修饰。发饰与耳环由我提供，你不需要自己准备。如果你心里已经有指定的款式，请自行准备并当天带来。配套可以是单一时段或当天多个时段。

Come with a clean face and hair that is washed and fully dried. Wear something that unbuttons at the front so it does not have to go over your head afterwards. I will need a bright spot near a power point to set up. When planning your timeline, allow two hours for the bride and one hour for each additional person — so a bride with three bridesmaids needs five hours in total.

请先清洁面部，头发洗净并完全吹干。穿前面有钮扣的衣服，妆发完成后才不用从头上套过。现场需要一个明亮、靠近插座的位置让我摆设备。安排流程时，新娘请预留两小时，亲友每位一小时——例如新娘加三位伴娘，总共需要五小时。

There is no separate family package — family and bridesmaid makeup is charged per person, and a lower rate applies when two or more people are booked, or when booked alongside a bridal package. Each person includes makeup, hairstyling and false lashes. Headcount is confirmed at booking, so please let me know the final number in advance.

没有另外的家庭配套——姐妹妆与妈妈妆按人数计算，两位或以上，或随新娘配套一同预订，可享较优惠的价格。每位包含妆容、发型与假睫毛。人数以预订时确认为准，请提前告诉我最终人数。

Yes. Groom's makeup and hairstyling can be added to any booking, and it is already included in the Actual Day package for the evening session. It is light work — oil control, evening out the skin, tidying the brows and setting — and takes about twenty minutes.

I serve brides across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, including Cheras, Puchong, Petaling Jaya, Klang, Kajang, Bukit Jalil and Damansara. Travel is complimentary within an hour's drive. I also travel to Port Dickson for beach weddings; travel there is quoted upfront. Locations beyond that are quoted at the time of booking. Outstation and overseas bookings are quoted separately.

The ROM package covers ceremonies at the registry office. If your ROM is held at a garden, outdoor or reception-style venue, or if you are wearing a Kua or a wedding gown, it follows the single session wedding rate instead. Tell me the venue and what you plan to wear when you enquire and I will quote the right one from the start.

I work with Chanel, Dior, Tom Ford, Yves Saint Laurent, Estée Lauder, Lancôme, Shu Uemura and Make Up For Ever, among others. Brushes and tools are cleaned and sanitised between every client. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, please tell me before the day.

Yes, and it is one of the things I pay the most attention to. Eye shape can be reshaped with liner placement, lash choice and shading — monolids, hooded eyes and uneven eyes are all common and all workable. Bring it up at your trial or tell me before the day, and I will plan for it.

Base makeup is where most of the work goes, because it is what has to survive heat, humidity, tears and a full day of photographs. Skin preparation comes before anything else, and the base is built and set for the conditions of your day. If you have acne, oily skin or texture you are worried about, tell me beforehand and I will adjust the products.
